Every year, DEF honors ALL of the outstanding teachers and support staff in the Durango School District with a celebratory event at Morehart Murphy Regional Auto Center. DEF invites you to nominate exceptional Durango School District employees for recognition at the annual DEF Employee Appreciation Celebration on April 23, 2025, 4:30pm-6:30pm.  There will be food, recognition for the hard work of our school district staff, and door prizes.  Employees are welcome to bring family members!

DEF will acknowledge all nominees and honor three outstanding teachers/employees

(one from elementary, middle, and high school levels) and a Support Staff member.
